This class has a strong focus on body isolations, increasing movement and flexibility through a combination of hot and sexy energetic routines. Bring the Reggaeton sabor into your dancing no matter what style of latin dance.......Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, etc. No partner is required; beginners and first-timers are welcome. The Training Team will be run like a regular class, so those of you who are hesitant about performing, that part is completely optional. Throughout the next few sessions, we will be learning a set of moves and footwork that will be put into choreography. This choreography will be performed at various students socials and at the Calgary Salsa Congress in February.
